Not the "Typical" horror movie. Instead of relying on an abundance of cheap Jumpscares and loud noises, this film is heavily rooted in pure suspense and mystery. Johnathan Breck's performance as the creeper brought life and a depth of terror.
Justin long and Gina Phillips held excellent chemistry as Darry and Trish. The true nature of this film lies in the ambiguous nature of the Creeper, and the hopelessness of both Trish and Darry, who cannot escape this unrelenting creature.
