The makeup artists who designed that costume are amazing! In all the newer movies the monster characters are digital, computerized, cheap and crappy looking !
So respect to them for creating the jeeper creeper that is real and in physical form and amazing! The movie however was ok but seems like it could have been SO MUCH MORE with a few story tweaks. 3/5.
