Its quite difficult to make a successful sequel to a horror movie but jeepers creepers 2 is certainly one of the exceptions. It has a well thought but poorly executed story. The angle with the farmer is a clever arc and plays well.
The creeper is as terrifying as ever and does what he does best. If you like the first, you will surely like the second.
