Victor Salva's 2001 horror flick Jeepers Creepers. Which Jeepers Creepers is a thrilling suspenseful thrill ride from the beginning to the end about a brother and sister who are coming home from vacation and end up encountering the mysterious and vicious villain the creeper.

For how this is a horror flick this is thrilling and scary even disturbing at some parts at the same time, and also builds up while the film progresses instead of changing things by the middle. Jeepers Creepers is overall a fun thrill ride, and also has good makeup for the creeper as the well.
