Very funny when it hits, painfully the opposite when it doesn't. Jay ans Silent Bob go for every possible joke, no matter how inane, though thankfully the positive moments slightly overpower the negatives.
It's not funny from beginning to end but Kevin Smith fans shouldn't be disappointed. 6/10 (Decent).
