Review of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) by Tom B — 25 Apr 2009

Given all the good work done by Kevin Smith this is very disappointing. The film does reference itself a couple of times as being a bad movie which slightly takes the edge off but the acting and poor story made this pretty unwatchable.

Its a shame because it seems to have sold out rather than sticking to the low key honest comedy aspects that make the characters so warming in Clerks I & II and Dogma.
