Review of Jaws: The Revenge (1987) by Simon T — 30 Dec 2015
The chilling sense and suspense is long over. This sequel is rather unnecessary. Lorraine Gary is the widow of Roy Schneider. Her youngest son is also a police. When he go alone out to sea to clear a log, a shark attack him and he die.
Lorraine think the shark is seeking revenge. Lance Guest is the eldest son, married Karen Young and has a cute daughter. They ask her to go holiday to the Bahama. He and friend Mario Van Peebles are marine biologist.
At first Lorraine want him to stop working at sea. The friend/pilot Michael Caine cheers her up and she mellow. One day the shark attack the boat of Lance. Mario build a probe and hunt for the shark and manage to plant the probe on to the shark.
When the little girl go out on a banana boat, the shark attack and she is lucky to escape. Lorraine know the shark is out for revenge and go out to sea alone. Lance, Mario and Michael take the plane out to find her and crash to sea.
The shark attack the plane and all escape. Mario try to make explosive to kill the shark but he fell. Lorraine full speed the boat and use the front spike to kill the shark and it explode. Mario is lucky to be injured only.
