Review of Jaws: The Revenge (1987) by 5 4 — 21 Mar 2010

Now this is by no means in any reality a good movie but I would be lying to myself if I said it was worse then Jaws 3 cause this can actually be called a sequel because it goes back to Amity if only briefly to kill off Shaun Brody in what I felt was a pretty good death scene the shark tears the poor fucker's arm off and eats him alive that was pretty sweet.

Not to mention this film brings back a cast memeber from the original film Lorrien Gray and my god did I love her Character this she stepped up in this and was one of the few pieces of gold to be found in this shit turd as well as the shark becomming a character to a degree in this because unlike the other films in this classic series this shark actually was targeting the Brodys and made it a villain instead of just a large animal and to me that was a nice touch and added something original to the recycled stories.

Michael Cain now I don't think I've ever seen him in a role that I didn't like and this film was know exception even in a bad movie this guy's a dimond and for that I thank him.Now time to take a deep breath an dig into the eye of the sit storm for this film.

..The Jamacan guy holy shit was that guy fucking annoying I mean it was like they put him in there for comic relife and survived no other purpose and when the shark finally ate his ass I was going another for the win colum for this film until the piece of shit resurface I had to say fuck!why the hell out of all the people who died why could he have been one of them!Now another problem I have with this film is the ending how the hell did the shark explode? I mean last time I checked no one threw and oxygen tank in his mouth so how I ask you? as well as the fact theres like a dozen different ending to this film one or two would have been fogiveable but that many no no fucking way! And finally how did Mrs.

Brody have flashbacks over her husband killing the first shark when she wasn't even there? I mean the only way that could work is if Brody told her in vivid detail I talking like a fucking renactment here.
