Review of Jawbreaker (1999) by Jason J — 03 Oct 2009
Courteney is the bitch leader of a high school clique. When a birthday kidnapping prank goes horribly wrong which leaves one of the clique dead in the trunk of her car, she tries to cover everything up.
It kinda reminded me of Heathers and Clueless. Rose McGowan is brilliant as the calculating leader Courteney. I thought this was a wonderful dark comedy but the ending was a bit of a let-down.
