Review of Jawbreaker (1999) by Daniel K — 18 Nov 2010
Its films like this that gave later films like 'Mean Girls' the inspiration they needed as its pretty much a 90's version of that plus 'Sorority Row'. Funny in parts, and its obviously an iconic 90's high school movie, but not a great film.
The general idea was a little silly but still pulled off fairly well. The film has plenty of stars, but it was the weak storyline and outcome that let it down. Overall still worth a look as it has its moments, but there are better 90's flicks out there.
