"This sucks on so many levels," says a character in this film. Uh, actually, you're thinking of the Jason Takes Toronto, I mean a Cruise Ship, I mean Manhattan. This film, with a higher budget and an attempt to at least do SOMETHING original, is probably the best Friday sequel, at its sense of style and humor may actually elevate it above the original.
No, I'm not kidding. It still sucks, just not as bad as one would think.
