Review of Jason Lives - Friday the 13th Part VI (1986) by Ben B — 26 Oct 2011

So, the last movie was awful, therefore the producers decided they needed to bring Jason back for the sixth installment. Unfortunately, they also decided to try to make the whole thing tongue-in-cheek and funny, which doesn't work well at all.

While it's not quite as annoying to watch as Part 3, the campy awfulness can only make things mildly amusing for so long. Also, this entry loses points for relying on the "heroine who falls while running away and then starts crawling instead of standing back up" syndrome.
