Review of Jason Lives - Friday the 13th Part VI (1986) by Everett W — 21 Aug 2015

Another fun sequel- once again, do to the plot. Part six's writing is quite good, fun characters with good chemistry and a pretty good plot too. Decent acting too. The plot does fall apart a bit in the third act, it's to over-the-top compared to the rest of the movie but is somewhat saved by a clever ending.

The main problem is that it's way to tame compared to four and five, everything is much more mild in comparison to earlier films; not much gore or nudity and that's something you expect from slasher films.

So the death scenes lack some gore, but they are still cool enough. It's a very fun sequel that slightly tops it's predecessor. 61/100.
