So...Jason's body is destroyed but the heart can 'hop' from body to body and somehow through some supernatural nonsense we get Jason resurrected again....then dragged down to hell, and we see Freddie's hand bring him down to Hell.
Only redeemable part of the movie, and it was the last 5 seconds.
