Review of Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) by Ifiok O — 07 May 2012
Although it may not be a "good" Friday the 13th movie (by whatever strange standards that is reckoned)...Jason Goes to Hell works reasonably well on its own terms as a supernatural thriller and that's the best thing about it, the rest is just a complete mess in film making.
A stupid daft plot about eating the heart of Jason and that person being poscessed, the production value seems improved but lacks the scare factor and the gore scenes are just plain weird and over the top and not in a good, funny way.
It makes the 8th film seem good. I know I'm getting fed up of writing this but again, again and again the acting was crap and is the worst cast I've ever watched. Very poor film and doesn't need to be shown by anyone.
