Review of Jason Bourne (2016) by Neil W — 19 Aug 2016
I love Jason Bourne and read Ludlum's Bourne series! Love and respect Matt Damon's acting talents. But Matt Damon rubs me the wrong way with his politics. He makes hundreds of millions in a good year, but he wants Socialism. He flys around in his private jet and drives around in high price vehicles but wants to ban vehicles, restrict or stop oil exploration in the U.S. Ban oil pipeline construction. He wants to stop firearm sales in the U.S. but plays action dramas using all sort of firearms, assault rifles and exotics.
Was force to go see it and it the same plot, with lots of action, car chases, hand to hand combat scenes, gunfights, etc... Very well scripted action scenes. Not exactly a story to it, but a continuing the saga of Bourne getting in the way of C.I.A. coverup and the C.I.A. number one enemy - Jason Bourne!
It don't know how many C.I.A. field agents are left after Bourne gets through with them but going take a toe in the ranks! Must of done in a couple of dozen just in this movie!
