The action is on par with the previous movies. There are some pretty intense scenes. However, the purpose of the Jason Bourne movies is the story of Jason Bourne. On that level, the movie missed its mark.
It didn't really add anything new to the story. Overall, a good action movie with a weak story only gives you an average movie.
