Review of Jason Bourne (2016) by Michael O — 21 Sep 2016
One of the biggest let downs in recent history, I didn't have high hopes for legacy by the way. Certainly an enjoyable movie with a good performance from Damon as Bourne. It fools you into having a good time, with Tommy Lee Jones and Vincent Cassel, but fails to break any new ground in the franchise.
The twist and father back story was unnecessary. I hate to admit it, but I'm afraid the Bourne series started out as perfect spy thriller films, but it's latest addition was more of a blockbuster, cash-grab movie.
