Review of Jason Bourne (2016) by Jake M — 24 Sep 2016

The latest Bourne movie gives us what it promises: Jason Bourne kicking butt and taking names the way we like to see him do it. But the film relies too much on the same old action movie formula and its nothing close to unique.

The action scenes were just as exciting as any other Jason Bourne movie, but I couldn't help but think to myself that most of the time the characters could have easily died in those situations. The side characters weren't that interesting either.

I liked seeing Bourne on the scene again, just not in the way I would have preferred.
