The same plot as the other three Bourne movies. Which is just stale at this point. If nothing new is being done then what is the point of making a sequel in the first place. The first borne movie to feel stale mostly because in the other 3 there were interesting characters to hold up the repetitive plot.
Jason Bourne does not have that luxury.
