Review of Jason Bourne (2016) by Late R — 16 Aug 2017

If you feel like you've seen it before, it's because you have, which leads to the film feeling rather uninspired on the story front. However, that also means you're getting more of what you loved about the previous instalments into the franchise: fast-paced action sequences, lots of tension and a great cast.

So yes, it's very familiar, but that doesn't mean it isn't mightily entertaining.
