Review of Jarhead (2005) by Joseph E — 04 Sep 2013
I love this movie so much. It details so well the theme of the Desert Storm invasion in the early 90s. I wish John Krasinski had had a more significant part, but Jake Gyllenhaal, who I regularly dislike, gives a performance to make up for both of them.
Some people will slate this film for being devoid of anything really happening in general...THAT'S THE POINT.
