A pretty fascinating Tarkovsky-inspired film, if quite bizarre. Metaphor of the virgin mary/guadalupe. and gross horses and old lady sex. ummm, strange. depressing as well. But then it is tarkovsky-inspired, so that should be no surprise to anyone.
