I have not read any works written by the Brontë sisters, hence I am not at all cognizant of movie-book comparisons/contrasts. Nevertheless, this period drama provides an insight into such true, sempiternal, and passionate love story which, though at first glimpse it may seem to end like "Atonement", has a sweet epilogue that leaves the audience mesmerized.
Great play by Judi Dench and Mia Wasikowska too!
