Having never read the book nor seen any earlier adaptations I had no idea what Jane Eyre was about. I'll definitely read it now. This film is very well done, the cinematography out in the moors is gorgeous, Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender (a new fave hottie) are excellent.
