I haven't read the book. When you have seen the 1943 version, this film is too boring. Nothing is impressive except the amazing visuals, plus the Oscar Nominated Costumes also worth mentioning.
I really don't like the period dramas, especially when it is so English, and I am not curious towards romantic films too.
