Review of Jamesy Boy (2014) by Anna C — 26 Jul 2014

Jamesy Boy is a film about second chances and while it's not without cliches; this film does strike a chord as it presents the difficulties faced when an Institutionalized man attempts to make sense of a past life of crime, and break free from the environment that has influenced his life.

Unfortunately there is virtually no character development and we seem to be kept at a distance from developing drama as a result. Overall I would consider this an entertaining film and a good option in the genre.
