Great music. The story could have used a little work but all in all it wasn't a bad film outing for the young Elvis. Like I said though, I am a fan of Elvis' music, partuclairily his early work and thats why I decided to check this movie out.
As for content, the movie overall lacks the necessary elements to make it an effective dramatic musical. You can tell it was rushing itself to get into the music and in this case, its perfectly understandable.
