Starts with promise but then just goes all over the place and has an unsatisfying explanation. The acting sucks too. But maybe I'm just desensitized by all the modern films of this genre that I find to be far superior.
I'm sure in 1990 this was a daring and bold film, but it sure as hell hasn't aged well at all. A huge disappointment.
