Review of Jackie Brown (1997) by Patrick M — 25 Feb 2012
The movie had some good characters but most of them didn't end up paying off. On top of that, the plot is very basic and uninteresting and the film is a solid hour longer than it should have been. The dialogue is fresh and the performances good but all the movie really is is talking and lots of shots with people walking and the camera camera following them.
Pretty boring and disappointing.
