Review of Jackie Brown (1997) by Steve S — 29 Aug 2015
Supposedly, this is one of Tarantino's more underrated works. It deserves high praise. Going in to a Tarantino movie, you know it's gonna be like seventeen hours, and the scenes & characters will be deliberately drawn out.
If that bothers anyone, just stick with it. Every character is important to the plot. Everyone has their role. Previously, I'd only known Pam Grier from Grand Theft Auto V, but she's great as Jackie Brown here.
