Review of Jackie Brown (1997) by John C — 14 Apr 2011
A bit to plodding, Tarantino corners himself with the inability to compress a story into a suitable mainstream length after the success of Pulp fiction, resulting in a similar depiction that welcomes back Pam Grier with his vintage, pulp style and interlocking stories.
The least memorable, but most ambitious story from the master himself.
