Frankly its a little boring. Well-made but almost entirely uneventful. He didn't write this one (was his 'Rum Punch' adaptation). Yeah, its just kinda boring. There are some fantastic "minor" scenes though, like De Nero fucking Bridget, and some of the Pam Grier shots too.
Also good to see the talented Micheal Keaton in this one; shame it didn't do much to boost his career though.
