Fascinating early Tarantino, based on Elmore Leonard's novel, about a flight attendant who becomes a key figure in a plot between the police and an arms dealer...but there's more twists and turns than one may expect. Entertaining, to be sure, with colorful characters and high quality dialogue to spare, but leisurely pace, and some lulls weaken film's overall success. Entire cast is outstanding.
