Review of Jackie (2016) by K H — 15 Feb 2017

I found it very slow and the music which was menat to set the mood annoyed me. I suppose Portman's portrayal of Jackie was accurate in terms of speech and mannerism, but much of her dialog is whipspered, missed some of what she said.

Wait until it comes to DVD. Compared to other 2017 Oscar nominees, this one at the bottom, I think the nomination was a nod to the somber topic rather than the film itself.
