It's like a documentary film of all the stupid things that you can do to hurt yourself(probably for people who like pain). There is no story, just different gags of Knoxville and his crew doing something to each other or taking on daring challenges to possibly hurt themselves.
There are also some grotesque scenes and not for people with a weak stomach. I didn't even get one good laugh with this film, I thought it was all...worthless.
