Jackass is probably one of the greatest shows ever created. It practically started the youtube generation and the need for people to do bizarre things on camera. However, this had some of the best pranks and stunts ever.
It also had actors/people that you cared about and loved (the friends you never had), so it's almost like watching a home movie. I think it gets a lot of criticism and shear hatred for no reason. It displays one of man's best/worst attributes, the need to crush, sabotage and laugh.
