Review of Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa (2013) by Anthony K — 04 Jul 2014
The biggest problem with Bad Grandpa is that it's one note - the kid will say something off the wall, and the grandpa will "try to get laid". Granted, Knoxville is very likable and a gifted comedian, but he can't save the film by himself.
Towards the end, a welcome "second note" of family drama presents itself, and the movie is much better for it. Recommended only to the bored and the baked.
