It's the CGI rendition of Jack and the Beanstalk that nobody in the history of the world has ever asked for or even remotely wanted. It's painstakingly long length, ridiculous amounts of CGI and horrifically over-acted performances are the main reasons why you and your fairy tale hungry children should stay away from this movie.
