Not great, but not also the train wreck I was half expecting. I think the problems with movies like this and John Carter and the like are marketing and expectations. What insane studio execs thought this $200 million movie could ever be some kind of blockbuster hit? And while the movie looks decently good, where did the majority of that money go? There's not even any A-list huge salaried actors (although the movie is decently cast).

This movie is more on the level of box office as, for example, Stardust, not Pirates of the Carribean for pete's sake. Still a solid movie, but nothing super memorable either.
