Chris Pine would make an excellent Jack Ryan, but this movie was sadly lacking in every other aspect.. I wasn't really taken by any of the other actors and Branagh was especially weak. Knightley was terribly under-utilized.
Al lthat said, it was a mildly fun and entertaining movie for this huge Jack Ryan fan.
