Review of Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) by Jeffrey P — 01 Feb 2015

It was a big fun chase movie, much like Total Recall or Battleship, it was another decent, plodding little gem with lots to like, only in hindsight. There is some mumbling going on and sometimes the characters act "human" which is nice, for a bit of mindless fluff with some neat nuances and irresistible humanity if you like little real stories, without too much mind blowing madness and cry worthy double turns.

It works for a little bit of neat, normal spy movie fluff where there isn't any jokes or Conservative guys in suits doing detective work or vacuuming and washing floors. Shrek this aint.
