Review of Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) by Trevor M — 06 Jun 2015

A decent action movie that is more entertaining than most these days. They didn't completely butcher the original character by making him an invincible badass like I was led to believe. Overall, most of the characterization and story building feels pretty legit and there's only a couple of kinks in the road.

Unfortunately, the movie gets progressively less believable as the near death escapes get more and more crazy. I did not feel like they destroyed the old beloved movies, which I was pleasantly surprised to see.
