After reading the Tomato Meter I wasn't thrilled about watching that movie but it was a Kenneth Branagh movie so I thought it couldn't be that bad.

Unfortunately it is almost as bad as the last Die Hard movie: it takes place in Moscow, with CIA guys and Evil Russians. The difference is that you have 4 top actors playing in it but the common point is that you have a very stupid plot.

Russians are going to ruin the US by selling 3 Trillion USD in one minute?

- To buy what? Euros? Yens? Yuans? Bitcoins? (if you buy a currency it's to exchange with another one),.

- Who is going to buy?

- It would create a world collapse of the economy and nobody would buy the Russian gas any more,.

- Eventually it would boost China or Europe but of course not Russia.

Like in the Die Hard movie, there are no cops in town so they can feel free to chase each other in the traffic without being disturbed by authorities.

The maximum security building has security cameras but the only security staff in charge of watching the screens goes home at night and leaves the building empty.

The cold war is way passed and tom Clancy's novels are outdated.

The only explanation is that Branagh did the whole movie ironically... WELL DONE!
