Ignore the movie snobs. I went with a date and we both liked it. Good as a matinee price but it's worth a full price ticket. We see a more human side of Jack in this one. His co-star is a younger version of Jennifer Connolly (yeah, you know her as the first officer of Nick Fury).
I totally enjoy the character of Jack Reacher. I'm former military and I kinda nit-picked the technical aspects of the military involvement in this movie...but the average civilian won't have a clue.
Go see it.
