I might be in the small minority who thinks this film is better than the first Jack Reacher. I found the first one to be ludicrous in its story from start to finish with fight scenes that did not work for me.

This one was an improvement in that I was just feeling... bleh. I felt no real connection to what was going on but I was also not annoyed by anything either. Found this to be serviceable cable fare, nothing to recommend but not to rip into either.

Slightly above average I suppose though I have to wonder if I will remember anything that occurred.
