Just watch the first one again. This film lacks everything that made the first enjoyable. Tom Cruise couldn't even save this one. The plot was generic and predictable, the romance (if we can even call it that) was awkward and forced, the subplot was incredibly cringeworthy and unnecessary, and the action scenes that a general audience member would look forward to are bland.
