At the end of a good year in movies (2012) we are given one last treat in the shape of this great, well-made flick that bookends the year perfectly. This is a fantastic popcorn movie in the greatest sense, the direction is spot on, the performances are perfectly decent, it has the best car chase since the Death proof section in Grindhouse and there's some laughs in there too. Yes, the story is not exactly unique or that brilliant, but at least there's some substance to the thrills. A future classic, and I demand a sequel.
