Review of Jab We Met (2007) by Jasdeep C — 15 Apr 2009
Normally, I'm not a big fan of Hindi movies, but this was recommended to me by so many people, I finally caved and watched. And to my surprise, I quite enjoyed it! Aditya is a depressed, defeated industrialist who walks away from his life, and hops on a train, wanting to kill himself in peace.
In walks Geet, a Punjabi girl who unwittingly saves his life, but misses her train home. The ensuing story about how Aditya gets her home, the misunderstandings, and the love story were well written and the acting was quite good.
A nice romantic story about how love can turn your life upside down, for the good.
