Review of Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017) by Yash B — 03 Aug 2017

This movie was a huge mess. The story is completely pointless and incredibly boring. The two talented actors aren't able to save the dull and joyless movie. There are many Bollywood movies that are longer than this one and yet this one almost felt like it would never end.

I think there are a couple moments that were kind of funny but for a romantic comedy, it is devoid of any real laughs. I also thought the romance wasn't compelling at all. This premise is nothing new and the movie doesn't have any good takeaways either.

Some of the songs are decent to listen to but it doesn't warrant a viewing of this snoozefest. Even as a Shah Rukh Khan fan I absolutely do not recommend this movie.
